Our ISO 9001 certified factory supports aluminum (5052 and 6061), stainless steel (304 and 316/316L), carbon steel (A36 and 1018), cold-rolled galvanized, copper (C110), brass (260), and titanium (Grade 2). DFARS-compliant steel grade sourcing is available on request for defense and aerospace-adjacent orders. Material selection is confirmed at the technical feasibility review based on your drawing, application, and corrosion or load requirements.
Redstone serves OEM parts manufacturers and device makers running volume orders valued at $50,000 or more. Minimum run quantity is typically 500 units per cycle. Redstone is not set up for one-off runs or pre-production evaluation batches. We serve buyers moving into sustained volume production, where per-part cost compounds over multi-year orders.
Standard lead time for volume sheet metal fabrication orders at Redstone is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on material availability, and finishing scope. Expedited lead times are available on qualifying orders, confirmed at the quote stage. Tariffs are calculated at quote and included in the estimate. No invoice delta. USMCA compliance is confirmed on Monterrey-origin orders to eliminate tariff surprises at invoice.
