Redstone holds ±0.001" on precision CNC machining lines at the Monterrey ISO 9001 certified manufacturer. General production tolerance on 3-axis and 4-axis work is ±0.005". Tighter tolerances on specific features are available on request and are confirmed at the technical feasibility review based on material, geometry, and finish scope. Dimensional verification is by CMM inspection against your approved drawing on every batch. Inspection reports ship with every batch.
Our ISO 9001 certified factory supports aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024), stainless steel (304, 316/316L, 17-4 PH), carbon steel (4140, 4340, A2 tool steel), and titanium Grade 5. DFARS-compliant steel grade sourcing is available on request for defense-adjacent orders. Material selection is confirmed at the technical feasibility review based on your drawing, application, and load or corrosion requirements.
Standard lead time for production CNC machining out of Monterrey is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on material availability, machine route, and finish scope. A 2-week expedite is available on qualifying orders and is confirmed at the quote stage. Freight from Monterrey to your U.S. receiving dock is coordinated by your U.S. account contact. USMCA compliance is confirmed on every Monterrey-origin order.
Redstone serves OEM parts manufacturers and device makers running production CNC orders valued at $50,000 or more. Minimum run quantity is typically 500 units per cycle. Redstone is not set up for one-off runs or prototype quick-turn. We serve buyers moving into sustained volume production, where machine setup, fixture investment, and per-part cost compound over multi-year orders.
USMCA compliance is confirmed on every Monterrey-origin CNC order at the quote stage. Tariffs are calculated at quote and rolled into the estimate. No invoice delta. No customs surprise. Section 301 tariffs that apply to Asia-origin CNC components do not apply to USMCA-qualifying Mexico-origin parts. For OEM procurement teams comparing China CNC against Mexico CNC, the landed cost gap typically widens after tariffs and freight are included.
