Upload CAD files in STEP, IGES, DXF, or DWG format with any 2D drawings. Our engineering team reviews every submission for manufacturability before quoting.

Detailed quotation including tooling costs, unit pricing by volume tier, lead time, and suggested material and finish options.

Tooling
We design and manufacture production tooling in-house. 4-6 week lead times. You receive T1 sample parts with a full dimensional report before production release.

Production
Production runs follow documented quality control at every stage. Your US-based account manager provides weekly updates and photo documentation throughout.

Inspection and Delivery
All shipments include a Certificate of Conformance and dimensional inspection report. We coordinate freight to your dock with full tracking.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Standard lead time for die casting production is 8-12 weeks from approved tooling. Tooling itself takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Rush orders can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
We specialize in aluminum, zinc, and copper alloys for high-pressure die casting. Common alloys include A380, A360, ZA-8, ZA-12, and C85700. Our engineering team can recommend the best material for your application.
All Redstone facility are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified. We conduct in-process quality checks at every production stage and complete dimensional verification before shipment. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance and full inspection documentation.
We require a minimum annual order value of $50,000. Volume minimums start at 500 units per production run. We are best suited for orders with consistent, recurring demand.
Every customer is assigned a dedicated US-based account manager who serves as your primary point of contact. They coordinate quoting, tooling, production scheduling, quality documentation, and logistics from our US-based headquarters.
